our (summer) rates
At the White Pine Lodge, we have four apartments and one large room available. The rates quoted below are for double occupancy per night. Each additional occupant is $20 per night. Children 12 and under are $13 per night.
Our rates are subject to an additional 9% lodging tax. There are no additional charges or gratuities, except as noted below.
unit one: $90/night
This apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms, two more on comfy fold-out sofa, includes a fireplace in Colonial motif.
unit two: $75/night
This two-bedroom apartment sleeps seven, two on twin sofa-beds in living room. One flight up.
unit four: $70/night
This apartment provides room for six in two bedrooms. It is equipped with a freestanding fireplace*. Top floor, sloping roof, lots of charm.
unit five: $70/night
This is a large room with two double beds and a fireplace*. It sleeps four comfortably. Kitchenette, no cooking, ground floor.

Our rates are $10 per night higher for holiday periods.
There is a $7 per night charge for fireplace use at the above winter rates.
There is no extra charge for infants with their own cribs; cribs are available for $7 per night. In a bed, infants pay the child rate of $13 per night.
You may bring pets if they are clean, quiet, and well-behaved. We prefer that they go with you on your adventures, but if they must be left behind, we'll let them out for you! The charge is $7 per pet per night.
We offer the following discounted rates applied Sunday through Thursday except during holiday periods:
